Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating captivating visual effects and animations for various media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through motion graphics. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from promotional videos to television commercials, and bring them to life with your unique artistic abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for motion graphics projects
• Design and create high-quality visual effects and animations that align with project goals and client expectations
• Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D, to produce high-quality motion graphics
• Ensure consistency and brand standards are maintained in all visual elements
• Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for presentations and pitches
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and apply them to projects when appropriate
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work within tight timelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are met
• Collaborate with video editors and other designers to integrate motion graphics into video projects
• Take direction and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of work and meet project goals
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows for more efficient production of motion graphics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a creative agency setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
• Excellent technical skills, including animation, typography, and composition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and visual effects work
• Experience with 3D animation software, such as Cinema 4D, is a plus
• Knowledge of video editing and color correction techniques is a plus
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills
