Position: UX/UI Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital products. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
• Develop high-quality UI designs that align with brand guidelines and meet user needs
• Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate them into our design process
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain a consistent design language across all digital products
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of our products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of design principles and best practices for both web and mobile platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for creating user-centric designs and solving complex design problems
