About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Academic Program Manager to join our team. As an Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various academic programs within our institution. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the successful implementation and execution of these programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to support the growth and success of academic programs
• Collaborate with faculty to design and update curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and student needs
• Oversee the recruitment and enrollment process for academic programs, including developing marketing materials and conducting information sessions
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Monitor and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to facilitate internships, job placements, and other experiential learning opportunities for students
• Provide guidance and support to students regarding program requirements, academic planning, and career development
• Plan and coordinate program events, such as guest lectures, workshops, and networking events
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure program compliance with accreditation standards and regulations
• Supervise program staff and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a program management role, preferably in a higher education setting
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
• Experience with budget management and data analysis
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations in higher education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
