Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems for efficient data management.
• Create dashboards and reports to present data in a user-friendly and visually appealing manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
