Key Responsibilities:

Research, design, and develop curriculum aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum materials.
Utilize a variety of instructional methods and materials, including technology, to enhance learning experiences.
Create assessment tools and rubrics to measure student learning and provide feedback to improve curriculum.

Develop training materials and provide professional development for educators on curriculum implementation.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote and market the educational programs.
Serve as a liaison between the company and external partners, such as schools and educational institutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and assessment methods.
Proficiency in using technology and learning management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
