As a Real Estate Agent, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and our company, providing top-notch customer service and expert knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships to understand their needs and preferences

Identify potential properties and arrange viewings

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties

Guide clients through offers, negotiations, and closing deals

Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties

Conduct market research and stay updated on trends

Network with other real estate professionals

Manage a database of clients, properties, and transactions

Ensure accurate completion of legal and financial documents

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role

Active Real Estate License in Belgrade, Serbia

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software

Effective multitasking and time management skills

High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
