Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
