Position: Paper Tech Research and Development Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and experiments to develop new paper products and technologies
• Analyze data and present findings to management and other teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, chemists, and product developers to ensure successful implementation of new products and technologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in paper technology
• Develop and maintain a network of industry experts and partners for collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Lead and manage projects from conception to commercialization
• Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for production issues related to paper technology
• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of all research and development activities

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during research and development activities

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development in the paper industry
• Strong knowledge of papermaking processes and technologies
• Experience with data analysis and experimental design
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a research and development setting
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
