Position: Program Development Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Development Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating and implementing new programs, has exceptional organizational skills, and has a strong understanding of project management. As a Program Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and expanding our organization's reach and impact through the creation and execution of innovative programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop new program ideas that align with the organization's goals and mission.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential program opportunities and make recommendations for implementation.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines for the development and launch of new programs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure successful execution of programs.
• Develop and manage program budgets, including tracking expenses and reporting on financial performance.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for program development and implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with program participants, volunteers, and community partners to ensure program success and sustainability.
• Monitor program progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure program goals are met.
• Analyze program data and prepare reports to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in program development, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program development, project management, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
