Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain telecommunications systems, including phone lines, switches, routers, and other related equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's telecommunications systems from potential threats.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement telecommunications solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for telecommunications services.
• Train employees on the proper use of telecommunications equipment and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and system configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades to existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems, including phone systems, network infrastructure, and data communication technologies.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices for protecting telecommunications systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience negotiating Contracts with vendors and managing vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Certifications in telecommunications technology are a plus.
