Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Book Manager to join our team. As the Sports Book Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sports book operations, including managing the day-to-day activities, setting betting lines and odds, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sports betting industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the sports book, including setting and adjusting betting lines and odds, overseeing risk management, and ensuring accurate payouts.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust betting lines and odds accordingly to stay competitive.
• Train and manage a team of sports book staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with marketing and promotions teams to create and execute strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management on sports book performance.
• Stay up-to-date on all sporting events and news to make informed decisions on betting lines and odds.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports betting or gaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of sports and betting markets.
• Proven experience in managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
