Position: Instructional Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Instructional Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong background in instructional design, and a desire to make a positive impact on the learning experience of our students.As an Instructional Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating instructional materials and programs. You will work closely with our instructional design team to ensure that our curriculum and materials are engaging, effective, and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional design team to create and revise instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and activities, for various subjects and grade levels
• Conduct research and stay updated on best practices in instructional design and educational technology
• Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for instructional changes
• Train and provide support to teachers on the implementation of instructional materials and strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs and make adjustments as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and parents
• Stay informed on educational trends and innovations to continuously improve instructional practices
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in instructional design and teaching methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and their application in the classroom
• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' learning experiences
