About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the role of Leasing Specialist. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the leasing process for our LeaseSmart Solutions properties. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires exceptional communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and stay updated on industry trends.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property tours for interested parties.
• Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background and credit checks.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants.
• Prepare lease agreements and other necessary documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate move-ins for new tenants.
• Coordinate with property managers to ensure a smooth move-in process for tenants.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on local rental laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property management, real estate, or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
