Position: Education Program Coordinator

Location: Tiger City, China

Overview: Tiger Science University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the Education Program Manager to plan, implement, and oversee various educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Education Program Manager to develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and schedule workshops, seminars, and other educational events, including securing venues, arranging catering, and managing registrations.
• Assist with the development of educational materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, and presentations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of program attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data.
• Work with the marketing team to promote educational programs through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Monitor program budgets and expenses, providing regular reports to the Education Program Manager.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of educational programs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve and enhance the organization's educational offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing educational programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
• Experience with event planning and coordination.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
