Position: Education Program Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of educational programs for our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our programs are effectively designed and delivered to meet the needs of our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs in line with our organization's objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify educational needs and design appropriate programs.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to develop curriculum, learning materials, and assessments for the programs.
• Coordinate logistics for program delivery, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment setup.
• Communicate with program participants to provide necessary information and gather feedback.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records of program data, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation results.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote programs and recruit participants.
• Develop and manage program budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on program progress, outcomes, and budget to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or educational program development.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and development.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience in budget management.
