Job Title: Virtual Learning Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing virtual learning programs that align with the company's overall learning and development strategy. You will work closely with subject matter experts and other team members to create engaging and impactful virtual learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop virtual learning programs that align with the company's learning and development strategy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of the learning materials.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective virtual learning experiences.
• Develop interactive and multimedia elements to enhance the virtual learning experience.
• Work with the Learning Management System (LMS) to upload and maintain virtual learning programs.
• Conduct needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of virtual learning programs through assessments and surveys.
• Continuously monitor and update virtual learning programs to ensure they meet the changing needs of the organization.
• Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in virtual learning and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for virtual learning programs and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of virtual learning programs into other learning initiatives.
• Mentor and coach other team members on best practices for virtual learning design and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on virtual learning.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to design and develop engaging and interactive virtual learning programs.
• Experience with video and audio production for virtual learning is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
