Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for our organization. You will work closely with the education department to ensure that all programs are in line with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program development and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for various age groups and populations
• Collaborate with the education team to ensure programs align with the organization's mission and goals
• Coordinate and schedule program activities, including workshops, trainings, and events
• Recruit, train, and supervise program instructors and volunteers
• Develop program budgets and monitor expenses
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities and participant data
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other organizations to promote program participation
• Assist with grant writing and fundraising efforts to support educational programs
• Stay up-to-date with educational trends and research to inform program development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or education
• Knowledge of educational theories, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in curriculum development and evaluation
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
• Grant writing and fundraising experience preferred
