Position Title: Curriculum and Instruction Specialist

Overview: As a Curriculum and Instruction Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of educational programs for our organization. You will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and improving curriculum and instructional strategies to enhance the learning experience of our students. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design, review, and enhance curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
• Conduct research to identify best practices in curriculum and instruction and implement them in our programs.
• Analyze student data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and instruction and make necessary improvements.
• Train and support teachers in implementing the curriculum and instructional strategies effectively.
• Conduct classroom observations to provide feedback and coaching to teachers on instructional practices.
• Develop and deliver professional development sessions to improve teachers' knowledge and skills in curriculum and instruction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of curricula with state and national standards.
• Stay updated with current trends and advancements in education and incorporate them into our programs.
• Serve as a resource for teachers, providing them with tools, resources, and support to enhance their instructional practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent knowledge of instructional strategies and best practices in curriculum development.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in leading and delivering professional development sessions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
