Job Summary: As an Alternative Wellness Specialist, you will play a key role in providing guidance and support to our clients on their journey towards better health and wellness. You will work closely with our team of healthcare practitioners to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each client, utilizing a variety of alternative therapies and techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of alternative health practices and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of alternative therapies such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage therapy, and nutritional counseling to support clients' wellness journeys.
• Administer alternative treatments and therapies to clients, adhering to safety and ethical standards.
• Monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Educate clients on the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the company to provide comprehensive care to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the alternative wellness field.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client treatments and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. alternative medicine, holistic health, etc.)
• Certification in one or more alternative therapies (e.g. acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage therapy, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of alternative health practices and their benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic towards clients' needs and concerns.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
• Willingness to continue learning and expanding knowledge in the alternative wellness field.
