Position Overview: As the Data Science Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our data science strategy. You will oversee a team of data scientists and work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights to our clients. You will play a crucial role in shaping our data science capabilities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall data science strategy for the company
• Manage a team of data scientists and provide guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of predictive models and algorithms
• Analyze large, complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science to continuously improve our capabilities
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Extensive knowledge of data mining, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques
• Proven experience in developing and deploying predictive models and algorithms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and people management skills
