Job Title: Data Solutions Consultant
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Data Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our clients in developing and implementing data-driven solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges related to data management and analysis.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address client needs, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Conduct data quality assessments and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create customized dashboards and reports to present data in a user-friendly and visually appealing manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of data solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on data management and analysis tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.
- Identify potential upsell opportunities and work with sales teams to grow client accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and techniques.
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
