Position: Film and TV Production Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Film and TV Production Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced production team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our film and television projects from pre-production to post-production. You will work closely with the production team, vendors, and crew members to ensure that all aspects of the production process are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the production team to create and maintain production schedules, budgets, and shooting scripts.
• Manage the logistics of film and TV productions, including location scouting, travel arrangements, equipment rentals, and catering.
• Oversee the hiring and scheduling of crew members, including production assistants, camera operators, and sound technicians.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and supplies for production.
• Serve as a liaison between the production team and various departments, including art, costume, and special effects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all production-related expenses and ensure that they are within budget.
• Facilitate communication between the production team, crew members, and talent to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in film or TV production, preferably in a coordination role.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana or Trello, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of film and TV production processes and terminology.
