Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's data and systems from potential cyber threats. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting security audits, and providing timely response to security incidents. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of cyber threats and have the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data
• Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements
• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches and promptly respond to security incidents
• Conduct regular security training for employees to increase awareness and ensure compliance with security policies
• Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and implement necessary security measures to protect against them
• Perform regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks and address vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure the security of new systems and applications
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents
• Conduct regular reviews of third-party vendors' security protocols to ensure compliance with our organization's standards
• Prepare and present reports on security incidents, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
• Experience with security assessment tools, such as vulnerability scanners and penetration testing tools
• Knowledge of security protocols and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are highly desirable
• Experience in the healthcare or financial industry is a plus
