Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans for a variety of art mediums, including but not limited to drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking.
Prepare materials and supplies for each class and maintain an organized and safe studio environment.
Provide personalized instruction and guidance to students, encouraging them to explore their creativity and develop their skills.
Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student work, track progress, and make adjustments to lesson plans as needed.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan and execute events and exhibitions that showcase student work.
Stay current with trends and techniques in the fine arts industry, and incorporate them into lesson plans and projects.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant student information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching fine arts to students of various ages and skill levels.
Strong understanding of various art mediums and techniques, with the ability to teach and demonstrate them effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and foster a positive learning environment.
Passion for teaching and a dedication to helping students develop their artistic skills and talents.
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple classes and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
