Position: Construction Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful completion of construction projects from conception to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and leadership, with the ability to effectively manage all aspects of the project, including budget, schedule, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met within the specified timeframe and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans and specifications are met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Oversee the selection, hiring, and management of construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project budget, track expenses, and approve payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other team members.
• Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits, are in order and maintained throughout the project.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
