Position: Technology Manager at Aviation Safety Board

Overview: Aviation Safety Board is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technology Manager to join our team. The Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technology-related aspects of the organization, including the development and implementation of new systems, managing the IT infrastructure, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies and plans in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives

• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems and data, implementing necessary measures to protect against cyber threats and breaches
• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all technology systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology management role, preferably in the aviation industry
• Strong understanding of aviation operations and regulations, with experience in developing technology solutions to improve safety and efficiency
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems development, and project management
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity measures and best practices
