Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, and assist them in finding the perfect furniture pieces to meet their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and generate new leads through word-of-mouth referrals.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our furniture products, and provide recommendations based on their budget, style, and functionality requirements.
• Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional furniture items, accessories, and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and financing options.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all furniture displays and inventory are well-stocked and presented in an attractive manner.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the latest and most relevant information.
• Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the furniture department.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support, including resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and coordinating delivery and installation services.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in furniture sales or a related field.
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.
