Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation
Design end-to-end automation solutions, including identifying appropriate tools and technologies, creating architecture diagrams, and defining project scope
Develop and implement automation strategies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular assessments of existing automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, making recommendations for implementation within our organization
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and processes
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for automation development and implementation
Continuously monitor automation solutions for performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all automation solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation technologies, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of automation principles and methodologies
Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Experience with cloud technologies and services, such as AWS or Azure
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
