Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee the development of green energy projects, including solar, wind, and hydro energy systems, from conception to completion.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential project sites, assess feasibility, and estimate costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to design and develop project plans that meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Identify and resolve project issues and risks, and escalate to senior management as needed.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
