About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. You will also play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to support production goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability
• Conduct process evaluations and troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues
• Develop and maintain production work instructions, procedures, and quality standards
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase product quality
• Conduct feasibility studies for new products and processes
• Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes
• Manage and maintain production equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools
• Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
