If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Data Platform Lead.As the Data Platform Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our company's data platform. This platform plays a critical role in our business operations, providing the foundation for data-driven decision-making and insights. You will also lead a team of data engineers and analysts, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to effectively manage and optimize the data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company's data platform, including infrastructure, architecture, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements for various business functions.
• Lead a team of data engineers and analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Establish and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze data platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics, and make recommendations for adopting new technologies and tools.
• Communicate and present data platform updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, data architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience with data warehouse and ETL tools, such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Informatica.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
• Previous experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is highly desired.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
