Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual design and a keen eye for detail. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts that will attract customers and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company’s brand image and target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching displays that promote new products, seasonal trends, and promotions
• Utilize space and lighting effectively to enhance product visibility and highlight key items
• Create and maintain visual guidelines and standards for all store locations
• Monitor and analyze sales data to determine the most effective merchandising strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor’s visual merchandising techniques
• Train and mentor store associates on proper merchandising techniques
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to visual standards
• Work with store managers to ensure proper stock levels and inventory management
• Collaborate with store design team to create appealing store layouts and window displays

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
• Ability to travel to different store locations as needed
