Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough and timely investigations of potential security breaches, including physical, cyber, and internal threats.
Utilize various surveillance and investigative techniques to gather evidence and information.
Analyze and evaluate evidence to determine its validity and relevance to the investigation.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, legal teams, and other relevant parties to gather information and support investigations.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of investigative findings and recommendations for remedial actions.
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and mitigate potential security threats.
Monitor and analyze security systems and protocols to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks.
Conduct security audits and assessments to identify potential areas of improvement.
Provide training and education to employees on security best practices and protocols.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to security investigation and implement necessary changes and updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security investigation or related field.
Strong knowledge of investigative techniques, procedures, and practices.
Experience with surveillance equipment and software.
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel if necessary.
