Job Title: Electronics Quality Control Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronics Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electronic products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. You will lead a team of quality control technicians and work closely with the production and engineering departments to identify and resolve any quality-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing and quality control, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for all electronic products, including but not limited to PCBAs, power supplies, and control systems.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of electronic components and assemblies using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
• Train and manage a team of quality control technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient testing procedures.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify and resolve any quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Develop and maintain quality control metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations, including ISO and IPC standards.
• Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies, particularly in the electronics industry.
• Experience with industry-standard quality control tools and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and environmental test chambers.
• Familiarity with ISO and IPC quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
