Job Overview: The Passenger Transport Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our passenger transport services. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our transportation services, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, and providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our passenger transport services, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles.
• Collaborate with various departments, including drivers, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
• Train and support new drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Manage and report on financial and budgetary aspects of the transportation department.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in passenger transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in managing and analyzing data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
