Job Title: Blackjack Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blackjack Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our blackjack tables. As a Blackjack Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and directing the activities of blackjack dealers, ensuring that the games are run smoothly and efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service to our players. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the game of blackjack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of blackjack tables, including managing dealer rotations, breaks, and fills, and ensuring that all tables are adequately staffed.
• Monitor game play to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and coach blackjack dealers, providing ongoing feedback and guidance to improve their skills and performance.
• Handle and resolve any player disputes or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that players have an enjoyable and positive experience at our tables.
• Monitor and track table and player activity, including game statistics, payouts, and player wins and losses.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new table games and procedures.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to ensure consistency in operations and procedures throughout the casino.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all blackjack variations and house rules.
• Ensure that all blackjack equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as gaming regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience as a blackjack dealer.
• Must have strong knowledge and understanding of all blackjack variations and strategies.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a casino setting is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a thorough understanding of gaming regulations and procedures.
• Must possess excellent mathematical skills and be able to calculate payouts accurately.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and obtain a gaming license.
