Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum and instructional materials for various educational programs. Your role will involve collaborating with teachers, administrators, and subject matter experts to ensure that our curriculum is aligned with industry standards and meets the needs of our students. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students
• Review and evaluate existing curriculum to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices
• Conduct research to identify and incorporate relevant and up-to-date instructional materials and resources into the curriculum
• Design and develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments that are engaging, accessible, and effective
• Train teachers on new curriculum materials and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of the curriculum to identify areas for improvement and make necessary revisions
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in education to continuously improve and innovate our curriculum
• Collaborate with other Curriculum Specialists to share best practices and ensure consistency across programs
• Act as a liaison between the curriculum development team and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of curriculum changes or updates
• Monitor and analyze student performance data to inform curriculum development and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in curriculum development and educational trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of current educational trends, best practices, and standards
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in using educational technology and software for curriculum development and delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
