Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fashion education programs for students of all ages, from elementary school to college level.
Collaborate with fashion industry professionals and educators to create engaging and relevant curriculum.
Plan and coordinate workshops, seminars, and events to enhance students' learning experience.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through assessments and feedback.
Research and stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into curriculum.
Manage program budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Recruit, train, and supervise instructors and support staff.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, and community partners to promote and expand fashion education opportunities.
Assist in marketing and promoting programs to attract students and increase enrollment.
Provide guidance and support to students in their career paths and connect them with relevant internship and job opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and reports of program activities, enrollment, and outcomes.
Attend and represent the program at conferences, fairs, and other industry events.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate fashion education into other areas of the company.
Continuously evaluate and improve programs to meet the needs and interests of students and the fashion industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in fashion design, merchandising, education, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion education or a related field.
Strong understanding of fashion industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Passion for education and desire to inspire and empower students.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
