Job Title: Learning Specialist

Position Overview: As a Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and delivering effective learning solutions to enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees. You will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, creating engaging training materials, and implementing learning strategies to support the growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth needs analysis and identify learning objectives to design and develop effective training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and relevant training content.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials such as e-learning courses, training videos, job aids, and other instructional materials.
• Utilize various instructional design theories and methodologies to design and develop high-quality learning solutions.
• Implement various learning strategies, including blended learning, micro-learning, and gamification techniques.
• Develop assessment tools and conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are meeting the learning objectives and making a positive impact on employee performance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest learning and development trends and technologies to continuously improve training programs.
• Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) and ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible to employees.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and provide support in identifying and developing high-potential employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address learning needs.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging learning solutions.
