Key Responsibilities:

Conducting guided tours of popular tourist attractions, historical sites, and cultural landmarks
Providing interesting and informative commentary about the destination's history, culture, and traditions
Ensuring the safety and comfort of the tour group at all times
Assisting with the organization and coordination of tour logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities
Building rapport with clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Promoting and selling additional services, such as souvenirs or additional tours, to clients
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand image
Keeping up-to-date with current events, local news, and any changes to tourist attractions or routes
Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve and enhance the tour experience for clients

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as a Tour Guide or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of the destination's history, culture, and landmarks
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in multiple languages is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to walk, stand, and climb for extended periods
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
