As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain processes.

Position Overview: The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They will work closely with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure that our supply chain runs seamlessly and meets the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support company goals and objectives
• Oversee the sourcing of raw materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
• Manage inventory levels and analyze demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
• Monitor and track supplier performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
• Evaluate and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively identify opportunities for improvement or innovation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in Import & Export
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
