Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create production timelines and schedules for each fashion collection.
• Monitor and track production progress, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
• Conduct quality control checks on all materials and finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels and reorder materials as necessary to meet production demands.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, including designers, merchandisers, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of products.
• Act as a liaison between the design team and production team, ensuring all design specifications are accurately communicated and executed.
• Participate in fit sessions and provide feedback to the design team on any necessary adjustments.
• Oversee the final packaging and shipment of products to retail locations or distribution centers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, making recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion production or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the fashion production process, from concept to delivery.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
