Key Responsibilities:

Plan and design engaging and interactive craft workshops for a variety of audiences
Source and prepare materials needed for each workshop
Create step-by-step instructions and visual aids for participants
Deliver workshops in a professional and engaging manner
Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the workshop
Encourage and inspire participants to unleash their creativity and explore new techniques
Ensure a safe and organized environment for all participants
Collaborate with clients to customize workshops according to their specific needs
Manage and maintain workshop supplies and equipment
Continuously research and introduce new and trending crafting ideas and techniques
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
Collect feedback and make necessary adjustments for future workshops

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a workshop or teaching setting
Proven knowledge and skills in various crafting techniques such as painting, drawing, paper crafting, and more
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Patience and adaptability in working with individuals of all skill levels
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
Passion for crafting and a desire to share it with others
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
