Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve our company's financial goals
Conduct thorough financial analysis and market research to identify potential investment opportunities
Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to the executive team
Negotiate and structure investment deals to maximize returns
Monitor and manage existing investments to ensure profitability and mitigate risks
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and industry professionals
Stay updated on market trends and economic developments to inform investment decisions
Prepare and present investment reports to the executive team and investors
Oversee the performance of investment portfolio and make necessary adjustments to optimize results
Manage and mentor a team of investment analysts and associates
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Continuously identify and pursue opportunities for growth and diversification of the company's investment portfolio

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management or related field
Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Excellent knowledge of investment principles, financial markets, and economic trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software programs
CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus
