Position Overview: As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing curriculum for various educational programs. You will work closely with a team of educators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to develop curriculum that meets the needs of our students and aligns with our educational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop curriculum that aligns with educational standards and best practices.
• Design and develop new curriculum for various educational programs, including courses, workshops, and training materials.
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Work closely with instructional designers and content developers to create multimedia and interactive elements for curriculum.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure curriculum meets educational standards and is error-free.
• Provide training and support to instructors on the use of curriculum and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and technology, to ensure curriculum is delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor the performance and success of curriculum and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
• Experience working with subject matter experts to develop curriculum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and other multimedia tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
