Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' needs and objectives
Develop effective negotiation strategies based on clients' goals and market conditions
Negotiate on behalf of clients in various situations, including contracts, agreements, and disputes
Maintain open and positive communication with clients throughout the negotiation process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for negotiations
Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and success in negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Utilize data and analytics to support negotiation decisions and outcomes
Continuously improve negotiation tactics and techniques through feedback, training, and development opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in negotiation, preferably in a consultancy or legal setting
Proven track record of successful negotiations with tangible results
Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and analytically
Proficient in data analysis and presentation
High level of professionalism and integrity
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
