Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our company's facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems and equipment, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained to support the smooth operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management program, including maintenance plans, budgets, and policies.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related projects and services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and employees, to understand their facility needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare and manage facilities budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
• Oversee the procurement of necessary supplies, equipment, and services for the facilities.
• Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for all facilities to ensure business continuity.
• Manage a team of facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and cost control skills.
• Proven experience in managing external vendors and contractors.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP), are a plus.
