Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing techniques and possess a high level of technical expertise. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for creating a smooth, durable, and visually appealing surface on concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks related to concrete finishing, including leveling, smoothing, and shaping concrete surfaces.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment such as trowels, screeds, and hand floats to achieve desired finish and texture.
• Understand and follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, patching, and applying necessary materials.
• Apply and finish concrete using various techniques such as stamped, exposed aggregate, and colored concrete.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust finishing techniques accordingly to ensure proper curing of concrete.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and make necessary repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
