Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Alternative Medicine Practitioner to join our growing team. As an Alternative Medicine Practitioner, you will work closely with our patients to provide integrative and holistic healthcare services. You will use a combination of traditional and non-traditional techniques to address the physical, mental, and emotional needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine their health history, current conditions, and overall wellness goals
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and preferences, utilizing a variety of alternative medicine practices such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, and energy healing
• Administer treatments and therapies in a safe and effective manner, ensuring the patient's comfort and well-being at all times
• Monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on the benefits of alternative medicine and how it can complement traditional healthcare practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in alternative medicine to continuously improve treatments and services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality regulations
• Participate in marketing and networking activities to promote the practice and attract new patients
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Alternative Medicine or a related field
• Active license/certification to practice alternative medicine in the state of CA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various alternative medicine practices and their therapeutic benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective treatment plans
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate patient schedules
