Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Trade Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of trade orders, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade operations and be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process trade orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor and reconcile trading activity to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with brokers and custodians to resolve any trade discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML guidelines.
• Monitor and manage trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve any trade-related issues.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of trade operations, including trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as KYC and AML.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
